Hi, I’m Nicole.
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and ADHD Certified Professional (ADHD-CCSP) offering telehealth therapy to adults in California and Oregon.
I work with adults who are capable and often hold themselves to high standards — yet feel overwhelmed, stuck, or stretched thin internally. Many of those I work with have strong ambitions but are under what feels like immense pressure to perform.
Some identify as entrepreneurs or creatives. Others are writers, readers, and thoughtful professionals ready for deeper work.
If you are motivated for meaningful change, not just symptom management, you are in the right place.
How we work together
Our work together will be intentional in balancing structure with emotional depth. We explore not only mindset, but also nervous system patterns, relational history, and internal narratives that shape how you move through the world.

How I Work
Helps identify and gently challenge unhelpful beliefs shaped by trauma.
Examines rigid thought patterns and supports flexible, values-aligned thinking.
Builds concrete tools for emotional regulation and interpersonal effectiveness.
Focuses on accepting your inner experience while acting in alignment with your values.

My style
Structured, evidence-based therapy with a blend of life coaching.
Calm, direct, non-judgmental, with a sprinkle of humor.
Most clients find the combination of structure and warmth is exactly what they were missing from previous therapy experiences.
Who I work best with
Thoughtful, driven adults — often writers, creatives, entrepreneurs, or high-achieving professionals — who are navigating ADHD, anxiety, perfectionism, burnout, or a demanding life transition. Clients who are motivated for meaningful change, not just quick symptom relief.
If you are in crisis or need immediate support, please call or text 988 (the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline) or go to your nearest emergency room.
Frequently Asked Questions
What kind of therapy do you practice?
I integrate Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and psychodynamic work. The exact blend depends on what you need — see the 'How I Work' section above for what each approach looks like in practice.
Are sessions in-person or online?
All sessions are telehealth (video). I see clients based anywhere in California or Oregon.
How long are sessions?
55 minutes, via telehealth video.
How often do we meet?
Most clients start weekly, then transition to biweekly as progress allows. If something comes up, we can move back to weekly for a time. The cadence is flexible — I work with you to find what fits.
How long does therapy usually take?
Every client is different. Some are working through a specific transition and find what they need in a few months. Others are untangling patterns that took years to build, and that work naturally takes longer. I check in regularly to make sure we are still making meaningful progress — my goal is to help you build the skills to no longer need me.
Do you prescribe medication?
I am not a prescriber, but I am happy to work alongside your prescribing physician or psychiatric provider if medication is part of your care.
