Work With Me

Here is what working together looks like.

A brief overview of the consultation process, what to expect, and how we decide if we are a good fit.

How to get started

1

Reach Out

Fill out the contact form or schedule a consultation directly. Tell me a little about what you are navigating — even a sentence or two is enough to get started.

2

Free Consultation

We will have a brief call so you can share what is going on and ask any questions. It is a chance for both of us to see if we are a good fit.

3

Start Therapy

If we decide to move forward, the first 55-minute session focuses on building context: what brought you here, what you have already tried, and what meaningful change would look like for you.

4

Build Skills

I require weekly check-ins to start so we can build momentum quickly. As skills develop, we transition to biweekly. Some clients need a few months; others working through deeper patterns continue longer. I check in regularly to make sure we are still making meaningful progress.

What to expect from the work

Structured, evidence-based therapy with a blend of life coaching. Calm, direct, and non-judgmental. We examine not only mindset, but also nervous system patterns, relational history, and internal narratives that shape how you move through the world.

The work is collaborative and intentional. You will usually leave sessions with something specific to think about, try, or notice between appointments.

A good fit looks like

You might be here because…

  • You have big ideas but struggle to follow through on them.
  • You are capable but chronically overwhelmed.
  • You oscillate between drive and burnout.
  • You read constantly but feel stuck applying what you learn.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the consultation for?

The consultation is a short, no-cost conversation where we both get a feel for whether we are a good match before committing to ongoing work. You can describe what you are navigating, ask questions about my approach, and we can decide next steps together.

How long are sessions?

55 minutes, via telehealth video.

How often do we meet?

Most clients start weekly, then transition to biweekly as things settle. If something comes up, we can move back to weekly for a time. The cadence is flexible and built around your needs, not a rigid schedule.

How long does therapy usually take?

Every client is different. Some are working through a specific transition and find what they need in a few months. Others are untangling patterns that took years to build, and that work naturally takes longer. I check in regularly to make sure we are still making meaningful progress — my goal is to help you build the skills to no longer need me.

How do I schedule the consultation?

Click 'Schedule a Consultation' below to book directly through my SimplePractice scheduling page.

Do I need to know exactly what I want to work on?

No. Many clients arrive knowing only that something feels off. Part of the early work is putting language on what you are actually experiencing.

What if I want to use insurance?

My practice is primarily private pay, but I do work with select insurance plans through Alma. Use the 'Check Insurance Eligibility' button below to verify your coverage through Alma before booking.
